The role involves managing travel bookings, enquiries, changes, and issues efficiently, while providing professional guidance and tailored travel solutions.
The consultant maintains strong relationships with clients and suppliers and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Key areas of responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers.
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel reservation and invoicing systems.
Support clients with CTM online booking tools while ensuring compliance with travel policies and procedures.
Share knowledge with colleagues and escalate recurring issues appropriately.
Provide shift cover when required.
