Our Bradford office is looking for Travel Consultants to serve one of our most important clients. It is essential to have some customer service experience, an interest in travel, and to be a great team player. The role is office based, working on shifts, 4 days per week, from Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. Please only apply if you are able to come to our office 5 days per week and if you have customer service experience both on emails and on the phone.

There are several Hotel and Rail Consultant roles available in our Bradford office. Set in a dynamic and supportive working environment, this role is the perfect first step for a career in Corporate Travel. With a motivated team, you will provide customer service to CTM users via phone and email. Note that these roles are office based, our office is conveniently located close to Bradford Interchange station.
To be successful you need to enjoy working in a busy environment, picking up the phone and answering emails to help clients with their travel needs. Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day to day operations within the department. Offer exemplary customer service to clients and suppliers at all times across all methods of communication.
Provide guidance on using CTM online booking tools to clients, while ensuring adherence to organisational travel policies as well as CTM best practice and procedures. Show willingness to provide shift cover as and when appropriate.
- Degree or experience in travel, tourism or geography.
- Experience working in an office environment, 1-2 years.
- Experience in customer service, phone based and email based, 1-2 years.
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
