This is a growing and entrepreneurial UK challenger bank. This role will specifically sit within the development real estate finance team which has been an extremely successful vertical for the bank. The opportunity has arisen due to growth of the book throughout the year and they are looking for dynamic individuals who want to be part of their growing team.
As the Portfolio Manager - Property Development Finance your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Supporting the Director to maintain existing client relationships and ensuring portfolio is adequately monitored.
- This will include site visits for existing and new borrowers so that the scheme will be understood and a direct relationship established with the borrower.
- Preparing Credit papers for extensions and straightforward facility variations for new customers as well as tranche drawdowns against MS certificates.
