An established specialist bank in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Completions Manager to join its growing lending operation. You will oversee the completion of specialist property transactions, guiding cases from offer through legal due diligence, satisfaction of conditions and release of funds.
You will manage the completions pipeline, work closely with Credit, Underwriting, Operations and Sales, and act as a senior point of contact for brokers, borrowers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
