The role involves taking responsibility for an existing portfolio of around 45–50 commercial clients across London and the Thames Valley. The focus is on building strong, long-term relationships with business owners and becoming a trusted point of contact for their funding requirements. Responsibilities include managing facility reviews, monitoring performance, supporting clients through challenges, and identifying opportunities to strengthen or grow existing relationships. This is not a heavily sales-led position; the emphasis is on client retention, service, commercial judgement, and delivering the right outcome for both the customer and the lender.
You will work closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams, while also spending time meeting clients across the region. The role offers a good balance between working from home, visiting customers, and attending the London office when required.

- A people-focused culture with excellent staff retention
- Supportive leadership and genuine mentoring
