My client is a European B2B lender with an innovative working capital solution for SME Business owners. After building a successful book in the Netherlands, they launched in the UK 3 years ago which now makes up 70% of the book. As they mature the team, we are looking for a Collections Manager to head up the remit for the UK with the goal of becoming Head of Collections if successful in the next few years. You will inherit a healthy book, existing policies to build upon and work with the CRO who is keen to bring all collections in house (with legal support where needed).
