We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Support to manage commercial finance cases from initial submission through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage case handling, commercial finance brokerage, or commercial banking support, and be confident managing multiple live cases simultaneously.
The role involves working closely with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth progression of deals, accurate documentation, and successful completion within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Roles and responsibilities:- Manage a pipeline of live cases from submission through to completion
- Track progress and proactively follow up with lenders and stakeholders to avoid delays
- Act as a key point of contact for brokers, lenders, and internal teams
- Submit and package applications in line with lender requirements
- Respond to lender queries and support resolution of outstanding requirements
- Review, verify, and process supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and support deal progression
- Escalate risks, issues, or delays where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support reporting on case progress and pipeline
- Experience in commercial finance brokerage, commercial banking support, or residential mortgage case handling (with transferable skills)
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Exposure to commercial lending and lender interactions (desirable)
- Understanding of credit / underwriting processes (desirable)
