We are seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Onboarding Manager to streamline the end-to-end customer journey as the business scale accelerates.

You will lead onboarding, utilisation, service levels and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Credit, Compliance and Finance to drive growth and improve customer outcomes.
