The role:
- Lead underwriting across a range of real estate lending transactions (bridge, development & investment)
- Build and run detailed financial models, sensitivity analysis & deal structuring
- Assess borrower strength, collateral quality & market fundamentals
- Present credit papers and recommendations to senior leadership
- Work closely with brokers, borrowers, valuers & legal teams to drive deals through to completion
