Your role Product Manager to oversee our corporate cards offering. This role involves ensuring our product delivers above and beyond customer expectations in the UK market. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee our corporate cards offering. This role involves ensuring our product delivers above and beyond customer expectations in the UK market. The role will require the successful candidate to prioritise work efforts based on business cases, managing scheme relationships, and collaborating with existing teams to grow the business. Additionally, the Product Manager will support the integration of the corporate cards offering into Corpay’s flagship product Corpay Complete
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Ensure the corporate cards offering aligns with market best practices and regulatory requirements. Identify new trends and features to enable differentiation and strengthen competitive positioning. Able to detail requirements, customer stories and operate in an agile environment.
- Business Case Prioritisation: Evaluate and prioritise product development efforts based on business case analysis and strategic goals.
- Scheme Management: Manage relationships with payment schemes to ensure commercial success and optimise product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering and customer support, to drive product adoption and business growth.
- Integration Support: Facilitate the integration of the corporate cards offering into Corpay Complete, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user satisfaction.
Required Skills / Key Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management roles, preferably within the payments or financial services industry. Tangible product launch experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of corporate card programmes, payment processing, and market best practices. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
