Our client is looking to hire a Business/Sales Junior Manager to support their team within a B2B digital advisory consultancy As a sales manager, you will own the commercial relationship for accounts in your portfolio, ensuring clients get maximum benefit from the agencies stakeholder knowhow, leading to high levels of client satisfaction and therefore retention and growth. The role will require the business manager to develop and manage growth across both organic growth and new client development. Someone to keep abreast of digital industry trends and developments and competitor activity, which will help digital business expansion. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong corporate communications agency experience in sales and/or business development across digital products and design services. The role will focus on managing the agencies response to prospective, inbound and organic growth opportunities and will have a focus on hands-on management of the full pitch process, from qualification, presentation preparation through to final negotiation and feedback. The candidate is expected to participate in the management of lead generation: including helping with the development of the agencies lead generation strategy, marketing collateral and data management. The Role: Reports to and work closely with Business Director Proactively engage with clients to ensure that they get the best out of the agencies specialisms Identify expansion opportunities during your client interactions and work with the team to close them. Maintain the CRM to ensure current customer status in terms of health and delivery of projects is available and up to date. The Person: Degree-level qualifications and minimum of 3 years\’ experience in customer-facing sales role Ability to multi-task clients and deadlines, maintaining good internal and external relationships Commercial thinker with experience of managing and meeting commercial targets Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent attention to detail Experience of working in digital corporate communications a strong advantage Experience of working with an international client base also an advantage Please contact us for more information.
