We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative in our offices in Worcestershire to grow business across England and Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with 1 to 2 years experience in sales or a graduate looking for a career in a Business to Business Sales environment where, with training and development, they can progress their career within the business. This role not only offers career progression but also a very competitive salary, bonus scheme, contributory pension, and holiday allowance.
Key Deliverables- Deliver best in class representation for Corporate Commercial Surveyors through delivery of agreed metrics.
- Maximise potential for sales growth opportunities for the brand through best in class customer relationships with external decision makers.
- Execute all internal admin with 100% accuracy in a timely and efficient manner always trying to improve the process.
- Manage a call schedule that prioritises the potential for sales growth from your prospects.
- Provision of customer intelligence data & ad hoc wider market projects back to the relevant business contacts.
- Passionate about B2B sales and how to sell, excite and educate our customers of the potential and opportunity our brand can play in the category.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital. Customer and stakeholder focus is key.
