About The Role
We are looking to recruit and develop a talented Employment Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic and growing Employment team, primarily based at our Wakefield Office, with flexibility on location considered. You will be autonomous in managing your own caseload while supporting the wider team on complex matters covering both claimant and respondent litigation. Experience of non-contentious employment work would also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters.
- Provide advice on employment law at all levels, including Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Support with non-contentious employment work through the Box HR Scheme.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist legal services.
- Promote the team and firm both internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong IT skills.
- High degree of initiative, managing time and workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm.
- Willingness to learn, drive career progression, and be proactive.
