About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the conveyancing team in our Wakefield office. The role involves all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work. Applicants must be able to manage a high‑volume caseload, work cohesively within a team, and operate with minimal supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system is desirable. The successful applicant must generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client management skills. We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of technical experience in residential conveyancing who are proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
