About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate lawyer to work within our growing Corporate team, primarily based at our Leeds Office but with the possibility to work partly from home. Ideally suited to someone with 5+ years of experience in corporate work; however we will consider applicants who otherwise demonstrate the skills and experience we seek. As a candidate you will be enthusiastic, ambitious and eager to develop technical and commercial skills through a wide range of quality instructions. Your caseload will cover all areas of business law, leading on transactional work while also handling complex group re‑organisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in corporate law within a firm or in‑house.
- Strong IT skills.
- A high degree of initiative and ability to manage time and workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to promote the team and the firm internally and externally.
- A willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and to be proactive in achieving this.
