About The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the conveyancing team in our Huddersfield office. Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold, applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high‑volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable. The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client‑management skills. This opportunity is ideal for someone with over 3 years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing, proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the firm.
