What matters most is your ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About You
- Is a qualified Solicitor, part or fully CILEX qualified, or holds an equivalent legal qualification
- Has experience handling employment law matters (claimant and/or respondent)
- Enjoys building lasting client relationships
- Has excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
