What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for expanding the organization’s reach and revenue
  • Conducting market research to identify potential new customers and markets
  • Identifying new product or service opportunities and working with product development teams to bring them to market
  • Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and other business agreements
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential business opportunities
  • Managing budgets and financial forecasts related to business development activities
  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and success of business development initiatives
  • Continuously monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjusting them as necessary.

You’ll bring:

  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Customer-centric mindset, empathy, and ability to understand customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ownership mentality and proactive approach to work
  • Track record of reaching your KPIs or exceeding them
  • Resilience, ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry.
  • Experience with direct sales for B2B customers engaged in cross-border trade.
  • Experience in the IT software industry.
  • Experience in working and collaborating with global teams to get things done.
