En CORPORACIÓN E. WONG, estamos en búsqueda de personal para las vacantes de BARMAN JUNIOR de TIEMPO COMPLETO para nuestro Restaurante DanSa (Danzas y Sabores del Perú) que está ubicado en el jirón Los Jazmines 299 (Lince, Cruce de la avenida Rivera Navarrete y el jirón Los Jazmines).
DETALLES DEL TRABAJO:
HORARIO:
- Lunes y Martes de 10:00am a 5:00pm;
- Miércoles, Jueves, Viernes y Sábados de 2:00pm a 12:00am;
- 1 día de descanso (Domingos).
TAREAS A REALIZAR:
- Limpiar y ordenar los equipos, utensilios y la barra.
- Realizar la producción de los zumos, macerados entre otros.
- Realizar la rotulación y fechados de los insumos y productos congelados.
- Realizar la rotación de insumos y productos según su fecha de producción.
- Preparar (según la receta) y decorar los cócteles de la carta y del menú degustación.
REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia de 6 meses como Ayudante de Barra / Barback en Restaurantes u Hoteles (Deseable).
- Estudios técnicos conclusos o pausados en Bar y Coctelería (Deseable).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Lince y durante el horario señalado.
