Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager within the UK Product and Transformation division. This position falls under our Fuel Cards (Fleetcor Europe) line of business based in Swindon, UK. This is a full-time role, working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days from home.

As a Senior Product Manager – Fuel Card Payments you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and life-cycle management of all our fuel card payment solutions, including Allstar, Key fuels and The Fuelcard Company. You will work closely with cross functional teams including Digital, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to define product requirements, create a compelling road map and ensure successful product delivery.

You will be the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative product features that drive business value and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with a wide range of stakeholders including business analysts, engineers, and designers to implement features. You will use your start-up mindset and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple features.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical and product background – with a hunger to optimise product funnels and make product grows.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and road-map for our Fuel Card Payments products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product requirements, specifications and success metrics based on market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritise features, plan sprints, and deliver high quality product enhancements on time and within budget.
  • Drive the go to market strategy for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Using a data led approach, monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations and technologies related to fuel card payments to inform product strategy and innovation.
To be successful:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on payments, fleet or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of payment products or services.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise competing demands and drive through results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Making good decisions in a way that has real business impact.
  • Experience leading projects while working collaboratively with an extensive number of stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post launch execution.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to change and obsessed about personal development.
