As Inside Sales Manager for Allstar Business Solutions, you lead a B2B sales team focused on delivering fuel and fleet payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support the B2B outbound sales team to qualify leads, generate new business by phone, and keep CRM up to date
  • Guide the team on a strategic target list of prospects and conduct effective account reviews to optimise new business via account management
  • Develop relationships with customers to maximise upsell opportunities and act as escalation point when needed
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to outline coaching plans and onboarding for new hires
  • Partner with HR to assist in attraction, recruitment and talent management
  • Remove barriers to productivity through process reviews and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers a positive customer experience and meets sales targets
