Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Enablement Coach within our Allstar Business Solutions division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business and is located in our Swindon office. In this role your key objective will be to provide sales training & coaching to the Inside Sales teams to ensure our teams are continually working at an optimum level of performance and their training needs are being supported at all times.
Reporting to the Sales Academy Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels across the sales organisation in the UK.
How We Work
As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will be based from our Swindon office. Our business operating hours are Monday β Friday, 8:30am β 5.00pm.

Role Responsibilities
- To support the setup of new starter inductions, along with ongoing training and development programs across all Sales channels.
- Manage the training itineraries, meeting room management, manager resource scheduling and other administrative tasks required for the Head of Sales Enablement and the wider sales leadership to effectively run inductions, on-boarding and ongoing training.
- Coordinate training and coaching sessions for the sales teams.
- Contribute to the design and development of training, coaching and support solutions to result in continuous improvement.
- Implement the responsibilities of working in an environment with regulated products.
- Maintain and contribute to existing and new tools which enable sales people to increase their sales knowledge and improve their skills.
- Work effectively with other team members to help generate a supportive team culture.
- Display positive behaviours at all times that encourage and motivate other colleagues and promote a positive working environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience coaching, in a sales or contact centre environment would be advantageous.
- Able to create training packs, whether classroom, virtual or e-Learning along with support materials.
- You may have inside sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving set goals and targets.
- Understanding of training and coaching tools and techniques would be desirable.
- Understand the requirements of working around regulated products would be desirable.
- Willingness to research new techniques in enablement.
- Organised and time management ability.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and driven to complete actions within set timeframes.
