Your role involves managing and executing paid media strategies to support digital lead generation within the Marketing Division at Corpay. You will work in an agency-style environment, focusing on Digital Acquisition across the UK, Europe, and Australasia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and deploying paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display.
  • Contributing to the development of the paid media strategy across multiple markets.
  • Deploying technical optimisation plans and executing optimisations swiftly.
  • Reviewing platform performance daily and suggesting improvements.
  • Using reporting platforms like Looker Studio to monitor key KPIs.
  • Proposing and implementing paid media tests to enhance performance.
  • Managing major supplier relationships and ensuring activities align with industry trends.
  • Collaborating with Senior Digital Managers to respond to local marketing briefs.
  • Conducting regular competitive analysis to benchmark campaigns.
  • Staying updated with the latest paid media trends and providing performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in PPC and paid media management.
  • Technical experience in setting up paid media tracking across GA4 & GTM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
