Corpay is currently looking to hire a Fraud Analyst within our Allstar/Corpay division. This position falls under our International Vehicles Payments line of business and is located in Swindon, UK. In this role, you will review and identify suspect transactions at the earliest opportunity using fraud monitoring tools, helping minimize fraud losses and protect both customers and Corpay. You will report directly to the Fraud Team Manager and regularly collaborate with Fraud Operations teams, Customer Support, and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily reports, identifying fraudulent spending, and taking appropriate action
- Reviewing and identifying suspect transactions using fraud monitoring tools
- Opening and managing fraud cases in line with fraud matrix and Visa Operating Regulations
- Analysing transaction data to identify fraud patterns, suspicious spend, merchants, or employees
- Managing and organizing a high-volume email inbox
- Highlighting misuse of cards to customers and providing solutions to resolve issues
- Ensuring customers have appropriate controls in place to prevent fraudulent activity
- Minimizing fraud losses for both customers and Corpay while maintaining customer confidence
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience within financial services, fraud, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to review and interpret data to identify suspicious activity
- Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools
- Understanding of fraud prevention, financial crime, or transaction monitoring (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (email and phone)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
- Problem-solving skills and investigative mindset
