Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior CRO Manager within our Digital Marketing business function. This position falls under our International Vehicles Payments line of business and is located in London. In this role, you will drive continuous improvements across digital customer journeys by identifying conversion opportunities, designing and executing experimentation programmes, analysing user behaviour, and optimising website and landing page performance to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue. You will report directly to VP Digital and regularly collaborate with the wider Marketing organisation, Product, Sales, Analytics teams, UX/UI, Development, and our strategic digital agency.
Role Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive CRO roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identifying friction points and opportunities within customer journeys across websites, landing pages, forms, and digital campaigns
- Prioritising optimisation initiatives based on business impact, effort, and strategic importance
- Driving continuous improvement of conversion funnels across acquisition, engagement, and retention stages
- Designing, implementing, and managing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation initiatives
- Creating test hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data insights
- Ensuring statistical validity and rigorous testing methodologies
- Analysing test results and communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on key conversion metrics, including conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, lead quality, and revenue impact
- Utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, FullStory, or similar platforms to uncover optimisation opportunities
- Conducting funnel analysis, user behaviour analysis, and customer journey mapping
- Developing dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to improve user experience and reduce conversion barriers
- Leveraging customer research, usability testing, session recordings, heatmaps, and surveys to inform optimisation decisions
- Ensuring digital experiences are aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Managing and working with our strategic agency to shape the CRO strategy and coordinate delivery
- Partnering with Marketing, Product, Design, Development, Sales, and Data teams to implement optimisation initiatives
- Influencing stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and business cases
- Acting as the internal subject matter expert for experimentation and conversion optimisation best practices
- Managing CRO and experimentation platforms
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies that support testing, personalisation, and digital optimisation
- Ensuring tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks are accurately implemented
- Supporting improvements across key performance indicators, including website conversion rate, lead generation growth, CPA reduction, landing page performance, experiment velocity, revenue generated from optimisation initiatives, funnel abandonment reduction, and customer engagement improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, either agency or client side
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates and business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex datasets
- Experience with experimentation and testing platforms such as Convert, Optimizely, VWO, or similar
- Proficiency with web analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and Clarity
- Strong understanding of UX principles, customer behaviour, and digital customer journeys
- Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with development teams
- Strong project management and operational skills, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple teams to deliver initiatives and meaningful results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with strategic agency partners and cross-functional teams across the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect optimisation activity to lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue, and wider business outcomes
