Your role
To work within FLEETCOR’s technology function to deliver effective support to both external clients/suppliers and colleagues using the GFN fuel card processing platform. Responsible for investigating and verifying software issues raised by clients, prioritising them according to the client’s business requirements, planned future development, and available resources.
What you\’ll be doing
- Ensure all high-priority issues are progressed effectively.
- Ensure production is running as expected, with issues found and fixed promptly.
- Respond to alerts, handling them efficiently to remove or reduce business impact.
- Carry out routine and regular checks designed to detect issues before they impact the business, ensure checks are effective, and identify areas that need further monitoring.
- Support the organisation’s core applications.
- Work within Fleetcor’s IT organisation supporting both internal and external client production systems.
What we’re looking for:
As a Production Support Analyst, you will have an analytical mind, capable of problem solving, multi-tasking, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical language to users.
- Experience in a busy environment where prioritisation of a range of tasks is necessary.
- Good experience of using SQL, able to run and create queries.
- A quick learner with an enquiring mindset, willing to learn new skills and products.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills to interact with a variety of individuals, including building strong relationships with other departments.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
The role will require working between 7 am and 7 pm, so flexibility is essential.
