Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Owner within our Crossborder line of business. This position is within our Alpha Product team and is located in London (Paddington), UK.

You will be supporting the delivery of key product initiatives across the business, working closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to translate user needs and commercial objectives into well-defined work for engineering teams. You will play an active role in product discovery, backlog management, and iterative delivery, ensuring improvements are delivered consistently and aligned with business priorities.

You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with design & engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Working with stakeholders across the business, Product, Engineering and Design to deliver product objectives and roadmap priorities.
  • Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Supporting continuous discovery by engaging with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business priorities and domain objectives.
  • Use agile practices to collaborate with engineers, generate hypotheses and deliver improvements iteratively.
  • Contributing to roadmap planning, sprint planning and dependency management.
  • Monitoring delivery progress and outcomes and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership where required.
  • Support the rollout of product changes through clear communication and engagement with internal users.

  • Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Significant experience and knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, including how the platform can be configured and customised to meet stakeholder requirements and support evolving business processes
  • Understanding of integration patterns and how systems interact via APIs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on high quality delivery and outcomes
  • Understanding of core technology principles and systems thinking
  • Experience working within agile product teams
