Corpay is currently looking to hire a new Senior SEO Manager within the Marketing Division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business based in London, Victoria, or Swindon.

Your role

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be an experienced professional who can curate, manage and execute the organic search strategy supporting digital lead generation. You will be part of the Marketing Centre of Excellence and within the Digital Performance team, working in an agency-style environment that manages Digital Acquisition across the UK, Europe and Australasia. You will be highly commercial and data-driven in your approach to managing organic search performance. You will be supported by agency partners and a team of Content Managers and Website Specialists to deliver a holistic on-page, technical and content plan rooted in commercialising organic traffic across our key websites. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Performance and regularly collaborate with the wider marketing COE, leadership team and international vehicle payments teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies across multiple websites in the UK, Europe and Australasia aligned with the commercial business goals
  • Leading the implementation across the technical SEO, content optimization, and link building initiatives
  • Lead technical SEO programs ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings
  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation
  • Exploring optimization opportunities for large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven search, ensuring we are set up for success, mitigating potential impact on our organic visibility and brand performance
  • Collaborate with content managers across the regions to ensure SEO best practice is embedded into all content production across our websites
  • Developing a clear roadmap to execute the SEO strategy, coordinating and assigning actions between our internal and external resources
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, SEM Rush and Search Console against KPIs outlined within the strategies
  • Conducting regular competitive analysis to benchmark our websites vs key competitors within their respective markets
  • Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders

About You

  • Extensive hands-on technical experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and reporting on SEO performance
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS), ideally experience in working in Contentful
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance and communicating progress and performance to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring plans are aligned
  • Analytical expertise with the ability to work with large datasets, utilizing tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to derive actionable insights
  • Awareness and experience of LLM and AI-influenced search, with the ability to guide stakeholders on opportunities, risks, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree level education or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in developing and managing SEO strategy and performance
  • Experience gained at either agency side or client side (experience in both a plus)
  • Experience delivering KPIs, measurable output and financial results
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
