Overview

In this role you will own and optimise the Salesforce CRM within Corpay's Alpha division, delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions that support business needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical configurations and automations, while maintaining data quality and security. You’ll manage day-to-day administration, testing, releases, and user support, driving Salesforce adoption and best practices. This is a hands-on, mid-level position with impact on BAU operations and project delivery, helping Salesforce scale with growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM including users, roles, permission sets, objects, fields, layouts, record types and validation rules
  • Build and optimise declarative automation using Salesforce Flow for scalable, maintainable solutions and strong UX
  • Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Own day-to-day user support and troubleshooting, identify root causes and escalate as needed
  • Maintain data quality and governance through imports/exports, cleansing, deduplication and integrity controls
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable insights
  • Manage sandbox testing, UAT, release planning and deployment with proper documentation
  • Support integrations, connected apps and AppExchange products with technical teams and vendors
  • Administer security using least-privilege principles and regularly review permissions/sharing
  • Create user guidance, process docs and training for onboarding and adoption
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce debt and improve performance, usability, and scalability

Key requirements

  • 2+ years’ hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience with BAU and platform enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration (data model, security, automation, reports, dashboards)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
  • Strong data-management skills with imports/exports, data cleansing and Data Loader
  • Sandbox management, testing, UAT, and controlled release/deployment experience
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, connected apps and AppExchange; ability to work with developers or vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; balance BAU with projects
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering; able to explain Salesforce concepts to varied audiences in an Agile environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred; SOQL, Apex and Lightning components beneficial but not essential
