Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Owner within our Crossborder line of business. This position is within the Alpha Product team and is located in London (Paddington), UK. As a Product Owner you will work in a hybrid office environment. You will support the delivery of key product initiatives across the business, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design and stakeholders to translate user needs and commercial objectives into well-defined work for engineering teams. Your responsibilities include product discovery, backlog management and iterative delivery, ensuring improvements are delivered consistently and aligned with business priorities. You will report directly to the Head of Product and partner with design, engineering and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across the business, Product, Engineering and Design to deliver product objectives and roadmap priorities.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Support continuous discovery by engaging with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business priorities and domain objectives.
- Use agile practices to collaborate with engineers, generate hypotheses and deliver improvements iteratively.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, sprint planning and dependency management.
- Monitor delivery progress and outcomes and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership where required.
- Support the rollout of product changes through clear communication and engagement with internal users.

- Significant experience and knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, including how the platform can be configured and customised to meet stakeholder requirements and support evolving business processes.
- Understanding of integration patterns and how systems interact via APIs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on high-quality delivery and outcomes.
