Including consumables, products, and stationery.
Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.
Assisting with postal deliveries and collections.
Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses.
Meeting external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.
Ensuring the Reception area is kept clean/tidy and to a high standard.
Preparing meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
Scheduling internal events, including sourcing suppliers/locations, coordinating supporting marketing material and overseeing the event when live.
Coordinating orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.
Liaising with Corpay shared services to ensure Epyx is fully compliant with regulations.
Required profile Strong administrative and IT literacy skills (including Excel, Word & Power Point)Event management experience is beneficial.
Understanding of H&S and security regulations is beneficial.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
Manages well under pressure and ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
