Your role

What you'll be doing

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Multi-Currency Card Product & Programme Lead within our International Vehicle Payments line of business. This position is within our Corpay Complete team and is located in London (Victoria), UK. You will be an experienced contractor leading the planning and mobilisation of our multi-currency card capability. This role is for a senior operator with deep experience in card processing, issuer/processor delivery, and multi-currency card programmes, ideally across commercial cards, virtual cards, and cross-border payment environments. You must be able to work hands-on across product, processing, schemes, operations, compliance, and delivery to define and drive the plan from concept through to execution readiness.

The objective is to help Corpay establish the capability for customers to pay and settle in a number of currencies, initially focused on EUR and USD, and to set up the programme, workstreams, and delivery plan required to launch this successfully. You will report directly to the VP of Product, Corpay Complete, and collaborate closely with Senior leaders, Product, Sales and implementation teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning for our multi-currency card programme.
  • Assess the current card platform, processor setup, and delivery model to identify the gaps to support multi-currency card issuing and settlement.
  • Work with the card schemes, our processor, external parties and internal teams to define what is required from a scheme, processing, product, and operational perspective.
  • Build the overall project plan, including milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and critical decisions.
  • Define the target operating model covering authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, controls, servicing, and reporting.
  • Shape the phased delivery approach.
  • Help define the commercial and operational requirements for key use cases such as virtual cards, purchasing/AP flows, and travel/expense.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and external partners to create a clear mobilisation plan.
  • Establish the programme governance, RAID log, working groups, and executive updates.

Profile / experience required

  • Strong experience delivering card issuing or commercial card programmes.
  • Proven expertise in card processing, including authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, and scheme requirements.
  • Direct experience with multi-currency card products or card programmes linked to multi-currency accounts or cross-border payment solutions.
  • Experience working with Visa and/or Mastercard, issuers, processors, and other external card ecosystem partners.
  • Strong understanding of commercial card use cases including virtual cards, AP, expense, and cross-border spend.
  • Able to translate strategy into a practical delivery plan with clear milestones and dependencies.
  • Comfortable working across both external partners and internal stakeholders at pace.
  • Strong programme leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
