Your role

What you'll be doing

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Strategy Manager within our IVP Commercial team. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business and is located in London, Victoria.

In order to thrive, you will possess a blend of business, strategic and new market development capabilities, technical awareness, along with excellent problem solving capability. In addition, you are highly motivated, a self-starter, capable of working both independently and in teams, across multiple projects, with ambitious drive and spirit. You will also possess a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and be numerate and analytical, with the appetite and willingness to take ownership of projects and follow-through from initiation through completion.

You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, IVP and regularly collaborate with the wider Strategy team, IVP business leaders and supporting teams across Europe and the UK.

How We Work

As a Global Strategy Manager, you will be expected to work in office, and Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Vincent Square, London (Victoria)

Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Lead the formulation, development, and execution of corporate strategic plans including annual budgeting & target setting.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop business models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.

Lead Execution and Performance Monitoring:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems to track progress against strategic goals.

Market, Partnerships and M&A:

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities including potential M&A and partnerships.
  • Develop competitive intelligence strategies to inform business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's (required) or Master’s (preferably MBA) Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or related field
  • Prior experience working in strategy in a corporate environment or consulting firms.
  • Ability to multitask and work well with urgency, while maintaining a strong attention to detail, and prioritising work within tight deadlines
  • Effective written & oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
