Corpay is currently looking to hire a Graduate Fuel Operations Analyst on a permanent basis within our Corpay Fleet division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and is based from our Ipswich office. In this role you will gain a unique insight into how a complex operational business controls stock, manages supplier performance, maintains data integrity, and responds to real‑world site and infrastructure challenges.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist fuel operations team responsible for managing the integrity, supply, and performance of fuel across a national network of over 4,000 sites, including specialist managed site portfolio and our company‑owned Truckstops. The role offers hands‑on exposure to live operational activity, fuel supply planning, data analysis, and commercial decision making alongside governance processes that ensure operational excellence and industry compliance through the control of fuel supply, delivery, reporting and analysis. This role is designed as a structured development position, providing broad exposure across operations, supply chain, reconciliation, and site activity. You will report into the Bulk Fuel Supply and Reconciliation Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams across the division.
As a Graduate Fuel Operations Analyst you will be expected to work from either our Ipswich office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting wet stock reconciliation and investigating stock variances across managed sites.
- Assisting with fuel supply planning, delivery coordination, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Monitoring and reconciling delivery confirmations through supplier portals and internal systems.
- Understanding how site infrastructure, tank capacity, and pump operations affect fuel supply and reporting.
- Reviewing and supporting the operational readiness of managed sites for fuel deliveries, including risk assessments, ullage tracking against delivery ETAs, and maintaining clear delivery instructions.
- Monitoring supplier suspense positions and understanding the relationship between delivered and sold fuel across the network.
- Visiting Truckstop sites to understand live operational activity and the factors that influence fuel demand.
- Gaining exposure to health, safety, and environmental compliance, including fuel quality testing and spill control processes.
- Working with multiple teams including Operations, Reconciliation, Sites, Suppliers, and H&S advisors.
