Your role involves supporting the growth and development of SVS Gift Cards across the UK and European markets by delivering marketing support, developing client-facing content, creating industry insights and best-practice resources, and enhancing client engagement. You will report directly to the SVP Business and Account Development – Europe and regularly collaborate with International Sales, Account Management, Card Production, Digital Services, the US Marketing Team, Executive Leadership, clients, brand partners, and external industry organisations.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the International Sales team with Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and new business opportunities
- Developing marketing content and supporting materials that strengthen SVS’s commercial proposition
- Assisting in articulating the value of SVS services and solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Supporting Account Managers in developing and maintaining client-facing documentation and sales enablement materials
- Creating resources that support upselling, cross-selling, service adoption, and incremental revenue opportunities
- Developing presentations, marketing collateral, service overviews, and best-practice guides for use across the International team
- Attending client Quarterly Business Reviews and contributing marketing insights, recommendations, and industry updates
- Producing sector-specific case studies, market analyses, benchmarking reports, and insight documents
- Developing and sharing industry insights, best practices, benchmarking data, and case studies that support client growth and strengthen SVS’s position within the gift card industry
- Creating targeted insight documents for key sectors including grocery, home DIY, retail, and other strategic sectors
- Monitoring industry developments and communicating relevant trends and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing SVS’s relationship with the Gift Card & Voucher Association and other relevant industry organisations
- Coordinating sponsorship activities, speaking opportunities, content contributions, and industry engagement initiatives
- Representing SVS at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of client-facing events across the UK and Europe
- Developing presentation content, client talk tracks, and event messaging
- Working collaboratively with clients to create joint speaking opportunities and industry presentations
- Supporting the development and execution of a regional event programme aligned to the objectives of the SVS Exchange Conference model in the United States
- Producing quarterly client-facing newsletters
- Working with the Marketing Services team to plan, develop, and deliver client marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe
- Supporting the creation and implementation of digital engagement strategies, including push notifications, email communications, and customer messaging programmes
- Developing tailored campaign messaging aligned to client brands, objectives, and target audiences
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with agreed objectives, client requirements, and commercial goals
- Supporting campaign execution, performance measurement, reporting, and optimisation
- Producing campaign performance summaries, case studies, and insight reports that demonstrate outcomes, best practices, and value delivered to clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, client marketing, commercial marketing, or sales enablement
- Experience supporting commercial opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, proposals, client presentations, or sales materials
- Strong content development skills, including the ability to create client-facing collateral, case studies, insight reports, presentations, and best-practice guides
- Experience working with sales, account management, digital services, marketing services, and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, digital engagement, customer messaging, and performance reporting
- Ability to manage external industry relationships, sponsorships, events, and partnership activity
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across UK and European markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within gift cards, stored value solutions, payments, retail, loyalty, or financial services would be beneficial
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be preferred but is not essential
