Corpay is currently looking to hire a Graduate Product Manager on a permanent basis within our Alpha Group division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is based from our London office. In this role you will begin an exciting career in FinTech product management with a focus on banking, payments, accounts, and financial services platforms. This entry‑level role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing to products that support clients, internal operations, and financial workflows.

Role Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in discovery, definition, and delivery of banking and financial services product initiatives.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, operations teams, compliance, and engineering.
- Assist in creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery items.
- Participate in team discussions, stand‑ups, planning sessions, and product reviews, building understanding of agile delivery.
- Analyze banking, payments, accounts, onboarding, and client experience workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Balance client needs, operational requirements, regulatory obligations, commercial priorities, and technical constraints.
- Assist with testing and validation of new features, ensuring functionality aligns with agreed requirements.
- Review product data, user feedback, operational issues, and support trends to identify improvement areas.
- Develop understanding of banking products, payment flows, client accounts, mandates, permissions, financial controls, and regulatory considerations.
- Ensure product changes are clearly communicated, documented, and embedded into operational processes.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely product documentation, decision records, and requirements per policies and governance.
- Learn fundamentals of risk, control, AML/CFT, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory considerations as applicable to banking product development.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and Client Experience teams for consistent decision‑making and effective escalation.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges clearly to manager, mentor, and wider team.
- Take ownership of learning journey and seek feedback to develop product, commercial, and technical understanding.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related STEM or commercially relevant field.
- A commercially aware mindset with strong interest in FinTech, banking, payments, finance, and financial products and services.
- Interest in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or financial services operations.
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and product outcomes.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, databases, digital products, or agile delivery is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems and structure information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, focus on accurate documentation, clear communication, and quality of delivery.
- Effective communication skills, ability to ask questions, seek guidance, and work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in how financial technology products are built, operated, and improved.
- Willingness to learn from experienced Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders and take feedback constructively.
- Basic understanding of financial services, banking, payments, compliance, or risk management beneficial but not essential.
