Your goal is to provide them with faster and more cost-effective ways to handle payments, making their lives easier and their businesses more successful. Youll be handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to a whole host of companies. If they use vehicles, youll be speaking to them! This is a full-time, permanent role that takes a hybrid approach; our hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with 3 days in the office and 2 days per week from home after training, if you choose. Required profile: Joining us with previous sales experience, maybe in a contact centre or office environment, well help you progress promisingly in your career. Your attitude and energy really set the tone we want to see focus, grit, and your outgoing personality. If youre not resilient, this isnt the role for you. It goes without saying that youll be serious about sales and all about great customer experiences. Youll be spontaneous, enthusiastic, and always craving success. Where others see challenges, you see opportunities! If you know your way around a computer, CRM systems, Microsoft products and some maths, even better. What we offer: A starting salary from £23,500. We also guarantee £500 commission a month for your first 2 months. After that, youre in charge. You could earn an average of £35k to £40k after 2 years even £50k by year 3. We really arent exaggerating. Your commission matches your growth, so well empower and support you to learn, earn and achieve.
