The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Your role involves acting as a middle desk between Clients, Front of House and back-office departments, along with various other stakeholders within Corpay. You will ensure clients receive exceptional support and service, acting as a point of expertise within the business. This is a pivotal role that requires you to be accurate, analytical, collaborative, professional, resilient and tenacious. You will report into the Head of Client Support and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various internal teams, such as sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure a smooth client experience for the settling of trades and problem resolution.
  • Working closely with Dealers and being first hand support to them and their clients.
  • Helping to develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
  • Educating Corpay clients on processes where appropriate, to reduce future dependency and contact.
  • Supporting efficient cash flow through the timely collection of outstanding receivables (Trades, deposits and Losses).
  • Monitoring, chasing, and reporting on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
  • Complying with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.
  • Self-handling of small complaints with Dealers and escalating any larger complaints to the complaints department and Head of Client Support.
  • Escalating non-settlement suspicions to Head of Client Support.
  • Ensuring process manuals are available for all tasks, ensuring they are correct and updated accordingly.
  • Promoting the online platform to clients to enhance security and help them to become self-sufficient.
  • Acting as a central point for the resolution of Compliance queries, internal and banking.
  • Monitoring and acting as a central point for the resolution of Payment investigations through Salesforce.
  • Compiling Error reporting from Client Support perspective.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and transactions.
  • Providing ongoing recommendations and process enhancements to consistently improve the client experience.

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • 1 years+ experience in a client facing or Operational role within FX.
  • Experience working in a dealer support/trade support environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is beneficial, particularly Spanish or Italian.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products.
