Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Services Analyst within our Private Markets division, within our Alpha Group LOB. This position is located in St. Helier, Jersey. In this role you will support clients across the European market, providing onboarding, compliance and general client support. The role will involve regular communication with clients via email and phone, with a strong focus on onboarding cases, working closely with Compliance, managing client information in Salesforce, and supporting periodic client reviews and refreshes. You will also be responsible for ongoing client maintenance and resolving queries from existing clients. You will manage a varied range of client requests, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and providing a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development and regularly collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and other internal business partners.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting clients across onboarding, compliance and general customer service queries.
  • Managing client onboarding cases, working closely with internal Compliance teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Communicating directly with clients via email and phone, providing timely and professional support.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client information and records within Salesforce.
  • Supporting periodic client reviews and refreshes, ensuring information remains up to date.
  • Handling ongoing client maintenance and account-related requests.
  • Managing queries from existing clients and coordinating with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Working collaboratively through a shared inbox, prioritising and managing a varied volume of client requests.
  • Building strong client relationships and providing a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client facing / customer service orientated role.
  • Previous experience in financial services, fund management, compliance, fintech, payments or a client-facing environment would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation, with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when handling client, payment and transaction-related queries.
  • Decisive and accountable, with confidence making appropriate decisions independently.
  • Collaborative and professional, able to work effectively with Sales, Dealing, Operations and other internal teams.
