Your role involves providing customer service and general support. What you'll be doing includes:
- Actively identifying opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs.

- Providing high-touch Client Service to the Global Accounts client book.
- Regularly presenting findings to all team members during weekly meetings, contributing to knowledge sharing and creating clear and structured escalations.
- Providing clear and concise communication with clients, guiding them through their query journey.
- Clearly articulating the flow of funds through the banks and understanding types of investigations within the bank and their impact on client outcomes.
