Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager UKF within our International Vehicle Payments line of business. This position falls under our European Centre of Marketing Excellence division and is located in Swindon or London (Victoria), UK. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic sales and marketing activities to deliver our growth targets. You will own the end-to-end marketing plan in your line of business, namely our most important and successful brand, Allstar. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition, across the full marketing mix, with a focus on integrated and omnichannel marketing. Taking an “outside in / customer first” approach, you’ll be leading the marketing for Allstar, a Corpay brand, partnering closely with sales, and being responsible for supporting the growth in a fast-paced, proactive, and positive environment. You will report directly to the UK VP of Marketing and regularly collaborate with the wider UKF marketing team and Allstar Sales leaders.

Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Defining the overarching marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identifying priority markets, segments, and channels to maximise brand impact and demand / lead generation.
  • Developing marketing activities and campaigns that clearly differentiate Allstar products and services in competitive landscapes.
  • Setting annual and quarterly marketing goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Defining campaign KPIs and success measurement frameworks with a critical focus on ROI and revenue generation.
  • Management of prospect segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track, maintain, and optimise marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of full funnel, outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns, creative, and channel plans align with the strategic vision.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Lead the production of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Managing the creative process from initial briefing through to final delivery across all formats (digital, print, social, events).
  • Coordinate the efforts of internal marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with wider marketing teams and agencies, optimizing use of internal and external teams' resources.
  • Work with the Brand & PR teams to ensure they develop relevant press releases, secure media opportunities, and manage corporate communications.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization, using the internal digital team as your expert resource.
  • Use our Marketing Automation team to conduct nurture journeys, and triggered campaign execution.
  • Partnering with the data team to support the procurement and onboarding of purchased data to expand prospect reach, and execute new data enhancement projects, improving completeness, accuracy, and targeting precision.
  • Brief Data and Salesforce teams to ensure smooth execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, CRM integrations, and accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Ownership and management of your allocated marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Serve as a key liaison between product, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to ensure campaign relevance.
  • Provide insights from marketing activities to inform product development and market positioning.
  • Owning campaign performance reporting and insights and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on marketing performance.
  • Test new initiatives and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Work effectively with other team members within Marketing; you’ll be part of a wider team of marketing professionals who will also be part of shaping and executing your plans.

Qualification & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar senior role within B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in leading B2B marketing that delivers business impact and growth.
  • Proven track record in planning, leading and executing sales focused marketing, in a data-driven, multi-channel, multi-touch environment.
  • Experience leading and delivering demand generation focused programmes through longstanding, continuously optimized, multi-channel marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of all direct channels, including digital & non-digital.
  • A good understanding, and competent user of Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce or similar tools), Digital media including SEO, Paid and social.
  • Deep understanding and experience of lead generation, lead warming and nurturing techniques.
  • Promotion and use of brand within the communications mix.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A commercial, outcome focused, KPI and data-driven mindset.
  • Strategic and creative approach with a thorough understanding of the prospect and customer journey and the trigger points in the buying lifecycle.
  • Ability to build strong sales and GTM relationships across the organization.
