Your roleCorpay is currently looking to hire a Card Product Manager within our Corpay Complete division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in London.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of payments innovation, digital wallets, and customer-centric product design.
You\'ll be responsible for shaping and executing our card issuing strategy, with a strong focus on enhancing the features of our corporate card programme—including mobile wallet integrations, virtual card numbers (VCNs), and dynamic spend controls—to deliver seamless and secure payment experiences. In addition, you\'ll play a key role in designing and implementing customer-facing and operational product processes, ensuring they are You will report directly to the VP Product and regularly collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and external partners.What you\'ll be doing

Role Responsibilities

  • Owning the product roadmap for card issuing and digital wallet integrations
  • Leading initiatives around tokenisation, provisioning, and lifecycle management for Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other mobile wallets
  • Defining and delivering core product features such as virtual card numbers (VCNs), dynamic spend controls, card limits, and transaction-level authorisation
  • Designing and optimising customer onboarding, card lifecycle management, and operational workflows in collaboration with compliance, support, and operations teams
  • Ensuring all product features and processes meet relevant regulatory and scheme compliance requirements (FCA, PSD2, AML, PCI-DSS)
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and third-party providers to deliver scalable, secure card payment solutions
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Staying ahead of industry trends in card payments, tokenisation, digital wallets, and regulatory changes
  • Supporting go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational readiness for new product launches

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in card issuing, within a regulated financial institution or fintech
  • Deep understanding of tokenisation, EMVCo standards, and mobile wallet provisioning (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Strong working knowledge of card scheme requirements, issuer processor integrations, and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, PSD2)
  • Experience designing and implementing customer and operational product processes, including onboarding, servicing, and dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred/Beneficial:

  • Experience in corporate card payments or B2B payment solutions
  • Exposure to mid-market or enterprise customer segments
  • Understanding of expense management, spend controls, and reconciliation workflows
  • Experience working with global card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and BIN sponsorship models
