Your role
What You\’ll Be Doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst within our Global Customer Support division. This position falls under our PayByPhone line of business. The ideal candidate will be based in our Hatfield office.
This is a full time, 6-months contract role, working on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home). The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
The role
As part the Global department this role will develop the journey maps for all business processes.
Key Accountabilities
Business Process Documentation:
- Document current business processes and workflows. This will include manual and system driven processes
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and end users to gather detailed information around requirements and processes.
Workflow Mapping
- Experienced in using journey mapping software such as Miro, Lucid, Figma, Visio or Braze
- Develop comprehensive and detailed maps to visually represent current journeys.
- Where appropriate identify potential areas for improvement.
Collaboration And Communication
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across all areas of the business to ensure full understanding and alignment of current processes.
Essential

- Fluent in English
- The ability to gather, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
- Experience using journey mapping tools.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis or related role.
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- CBAP or PMP are a plus
