About the Role
Following the UK Launch of Corpay Complete we are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, content, and insights needed to accelerate revenue growth and improve productivity. You will serve as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Support – ensuring our go‑to‑market teams have consistent messaging, clear product positioning, and the resources they need to deliver value to prospects and customers. This role is central to aligning departments and driving a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and coaching programmes to ramp new hires quickly and upskill existing sales teams.
- Work with Marketing to develop and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection‑handling guides.
- Act as the connector between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring consistent messaging, coordinated campaigns, and feedback loops that improve the customer journey.
- Partner with Customer Support to capture client insights, success stories and common challenges to better equip Sales and inform Marketing campaigns.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of sales technology (CRM, sales engagement tools, enablement platforms) to streamline workflows and improve pipeline visibility.
- Analyze sales and customer support data to identify gaps and recommend and implement solutions.
- Build and execute a scalable sales enablement framework that evolves with business growth in the UK and internationally.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a SaaS sales environment (ideally fintech, payments or spend management).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and pipeline management.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing and Customer Support to create alignment and drive growth.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills – able to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to create compelling content and resources tailored to different stages of the sales cycle.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance processes (AP automation, expense management, payments).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
