Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Associate Implementation Analyst on a permanent basis within our Corpay Complete division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based in our London office. In this role you will lead the successful implementation of UK clients across our corporate card solutions. You will oversee the full delivery of client setups, working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of our products into client’s systems, processes, and business. You will drive operational excellence, optimise delivery timelines, align cross-functional teams around shared delivery goals, and collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders. You will report into the VP of Product and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the full Corpay Complete corporate card implementation lifecycle from contract signature to go-live and hypercare.
  • Overseeing all reporting and analysis on the corporate card product within the customer portfolio.
  • Coordinating with clients on product configuration, training, integrations, and operational alignment.
  • Refining implementation processes and delivery playbooks.
  • Producing and maintaining documentation, including implementation forms and product guides.
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to support pre-sales scoping, design, solution delivery and card issuing.
  • Acting as point-of-contact for clients and sales during card issuing and hypercare.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivery on time and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any experience in card payments would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with accounts payable and working on ERP systems would be beneficial.
  • Building operational processes from the ground up would be beneficial.
  • Able to converse with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Strong client engagement and communication capabilities.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and able to achieve high returns with minimal resources.
