Your role
This analyst position is responsible for preparing accurate consolidated reporting, value-added analysis, consolidated financial planning activities (budgeting and forecasting), and cross-functional improvement initiatives, working with the Finance teams across the International region and in the US. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for accuracy, an analytical mind, the ability to operate in challenging timelines, and the desire to improve processes.
What you\’ll be doing
•
·Has a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Business, Accounting or Finance major … MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
·Has 2+ years of relevant finance experience … preferably commercial FP&A experience within a global publicly traded company;
·Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor;
·Has advanced Excel knowledge and skills … in addition to PowerPoint and Word proficiency
·Planful experience a plus
·Has ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing finance environment;
·Has ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion on daily responsibilities.
·Has knowledge of FP&A processes, systems, and tools with an ability to identify best practices for creating an efficient FP&A organization
