Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Executive within our Fleet Maintenance division. This position falls under our epyx line of business and is located in our Meriden office. epyx drives the fleet automotive industry forward by delivering technology solutions that support the procurement, servicing, repair, hire, and sale of more than five million vehicles each year—totalling over £2bn worth of transactions. Our ecosystem connects manufacturers, contract hire and leasing companies, and repair and service networks through rapid‑fulfilment e‑commerce and authorisation systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving system and purchasing engagement from our network of used car trade buyers, while also supporting the operational and administrative tasks associated with used car sales.
As an Account Executive, you will be based from our Meriden office 3 days per week and 2 days from home. Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, between 8:00am – 5.00pm.
Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Drive system engagement across an existing base of approximately 4,000 used-car trade buyers.
- Encourage purchasing activity from new, existing, and previously inactive buyers.
- Manage inbox communications from buyers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage vehicle logistics queries between buyers and suppliers.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to used-car trade buyers.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports for vendors and buyers.
- Offer detailed advice on best practices, operational processes, and system queries.
- Adhere to telephony KPIs to support consistent customer and buyer engagement.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with used-car trade buyers when required, both virtually and via video conferencing.
- Utilise experience in telephone account management or used car sales/support.
