Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Assistant - UK/EMEA. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in London, UK. In this role, you will support the delivery of marketing efforts that effectively position Corpay’s global payments and risk management solutions, along with its thought leadership across the UK and EMEA regions. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager, and regularly collaborate with all global Marketing team members, the UK and EMEA sales teams, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
As a Marketing Assistant - UK/EMEA you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in London, UK office
- Company-issued equipment [+ remote access]
- Formal, hands-on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Directly assist the Marketing Manager, EMEA with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and programs that broaden awareness of the company and solutions and generate high quality leads (across digital and offline channels);
- Assist with the development of valued-added and impactful marketing materials and programs including but not limited to brochures, presentations, email nurture programs, social media campaigns, webinars and events;
- Provide organizational and logistical support for events including tradeshows, corporate hospitality events, seminars, and industry association memberships;
- Collaborate closely with external partners, and stakeholders to maximize the value of strategic partnerships, ensuring joint initiatives align with brand objectives and effectively enhance brand visibility, reach, and engagement;
- Assist the Marketing Manager, EMEA with the planning and execution of a robust social media program specific to the UK and EMEA markets that enhances the company’s online presence and brand awareness as it relates to products and thought leadership capabilities;
- Ensure that all marketing and communication material messaging is consistent, accurate and that it complies with corporate branding guidelines, legal, and compliance;
- Monitor and disseminate Marketing requests received from the UK and EMEA Sales teams, along with other internal stakeholders;
- Assist with the analysis and reporting on all Marketing campaigns monthly;
- Work collaboratively and productively with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Growth mindset, positive attitude, attention to detail and team-player mentality;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required;
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or events role is an asset;
- Experience with marketing & communications, along with social media principles;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency in a European language is a plus;
- Strong relationship management skills;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Experience with marketing automation, particularly HubSpot, CMS and CRM tools such as Salesforce is an asset;
- Innovative and able to identify new marketing opportunities, particularly in social media and digital marketing;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional and Illustrator is an asset.
