Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sourcing Manager – EMEA. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will lead market research, vendor engagement, and RFP execution for crew accommodations and transport sourcing needs across EMEA. You will report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and regularly collaborate with Account Management, Product Development, and Client Services teams.
As a Sourcing Manager – EMEA, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Full home office setup

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing sourcing tasks and supporting client initiatives as a dedicated sourcing liaison
- Attending bi-weekly and quarterly meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing market research, intel reports, and RFP results for top priority locations
- Reviewing hotel rate targets, analyzing savings, and ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Coordinating client site visits and communicating hotel standards
- Negotiating RFP terms and vendor rates for accommodations and transport
- Monitoring price trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising stakeholders
- Vetting vendors according to client-specific compliance criteria
- Preparing and presenting sourcing deliverables including pricing analyses and final reports
- Maintaining sourcing records and updating the proprietary RFP database
- Traveling as needed for hotel site visits and client engagements
- Participating in product development through user feedback and market insight
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in aviation field
- In-depth knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused, partnership-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with solid financial and analytical acumen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and platforms like Slack, Zoom, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary tools and RFP systems
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Must be based within 90 minutes of Luton
