Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Product Manager within our IVP Commercial team. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business and is located in London, Victoria.

In this pivotal role, you will be aligning Salesforce with multiple business requirements and teams. You will own Salesforce as a product, including vision, roadmap, and ongoing development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure the correct adoption, alignment, data integrity and best practices across the multiple business areas that share and use Salesforce. You will be the strategic partner and overall Salesforce Product owner, acting as the centralised SME for all things Salesforce.

You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, IVP and regularly collaborate with the wider Strategy team, IVP business leaders and supporting teams across Europe and the UK.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

  • Salesforce Ownership & Strategy
    • Own Salesforce as a product, including vision, roadmap, and ongoing development priorities
    • Align SFDC capabilities with business goals across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and user experience
  • Roadmap & Prioritisation
    • Define, manage, and communicate the SFDC roadmap
    • Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across the business
    • Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day enhancements and technical debt
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary interface between business teams and the Salesforce development team
    • Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
    • Provide guidance to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on optimal SFDC usage
  • Salesforce Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance, standards, and best practices
    • Drive consistency in processes, data structures, and usage across regions and teams
    • Ensure alignment with broader data and systems architecture
  • Data Quality & Integrity
    • Own data quality strategy within SFDC ecosystem, including standards, monitoring, and continuous improvement
    • Partner with data teams to ensure accurate reporting and reliable insights
    • Partner with process improvement teams to implement processes to maintain clean, structured, and actionable data
  • Delivery & Execution
    • Work closely with Salesforce developers/admins to ensure high-quality delivery
    • Provide clear direction on priorities, sprint planning, and backlog management
    • Perform UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements before release
  • Adoption & Enablement
    • Drive Salesforce adoption across all user groups
    • Develop training, documentation, and enablement materials
    • Act as a subject matter expert and champion for Salesforce within the organisation
  • Future Scope
    • Potential to expand ownership to additional tools and platforms over time within revenue operations area
    • Contribute to the broader strategy, integration, and optimisation of the revenue tech stack
